The Conrail pics I took when I was 30 years younger. The cold didn't bother me back then. The NJT and MNCR shots were taken recently...the cold bothers me now...lol.

Yes, that is one of the good things about this class engine. They have good heat in the winter. They are PL42ac locomotives. They are starting to show their age though...
I am actually running the train in the NJT pictures. A coworker took the pics on different days...

Thank you for the photos. Watching real locomotives is more fun then running my models. You give us a first hand picture of what it is like out there.

After 35 years of running real locomotives, I would rather run my O gauge engines! The only problem is I don’t get paid for running the small stuff...lol.
