That's the Niagara I am looking for, Andy. I wish you luck. It’s a VL model and one of Lionel’s most richly featured ones, including smoke from just about every conceivable source except the cylinders. I think that the real-life tender water scoop/overflow exhaust feature was specific to NYC engines but I am no historian. FWIW, this is another example of a fantasy scheme that sold very well although not among the purist crowd. I sat tight and did not pre-order one out of mistrust of Lionel’s QC/ability to deliver the goods it advertised, and instead waited until the post-release videos of people running theirs came out. A fellow OGF member then told me which dealer still had it in stock. Here’s another snapshot better showing its “Grey Ghost” scheme:
