Wow, I can't believe Brian hasn't responded to this thread yet!! I have a few yellow trains, but nothing as big as my drawbridge, which was custom-made by Jim Ballmann of Stainless Unlimited. I needed something to span the opening that leads to the center of my layout, and Jim fixed me right up with this extremely well-built bridge. I ordered it unpainted, and one day while talking with PTC Brian about it, I asked him for a color suggestion. Right away, he said, "How about yellow, just like the bridges in Pittsburgh?" I thought it was a perfect suggestion since it really gives the bridge a "tinplate" feel and blends in with the bright colors of all my other accessories, all of which are prewar Lionel. Brian suggested the color, and my wife, Sue, picked out the shade of yellow. Thanks again, Brian and Sue, for the contribution; the bridge is definitely a focal point of the layout. John Attachments:

It is great to have Color Monday posts again! I missed it over the past month and half. Not much Yellow in my collection, but here is one of my latest tank cars from Mendards.
