Here is video I recorded while we were open yesterday Father's Day Sunday 6/20/21 at Corner Field Model Railroad Museum of Lionel Milwaukee Road S3 #265 pulling a freight train meeting MTH Southern Pacific GS4 #4449 pulling 21" K-Line SP passenger cars.

Thanks for this excellent video Tom. The two steam engines are fabulous. 👍

You know Tom that I like the 4449 better.

Hold on partner, the SP 4449 in nice but can't compare with any engine from the Milwaukee Road. Don

Wonderful, and all done at the right speed - notwithstanding that 4449 deserves the frame all to itself.

Tom, in truth I'm torn between the two roads. My very first real train ride was in 1953 on the SP Coast Daylight pulled by a GS-4. Los Angeles to San Francisco. But, I love riding of the PE electric street cars all over LA. I ended up learning about big electrics from living in Washington State for a time. We had a small electric line in Yakima that I got to ride on once but the Milwaukee Roads electrics really impressed me. Don
