OGF color of the week is red, Sante Fe really represents it very well.

In honor of OGF Red Week, lots of red here. We do Christmas 24/7, so layout photos from us have one theme.

Spending time again with Train Friends on Rainy Saturday is always fun. This is Stan's layout. He sets up his layout so you work in teams or alone in moving rolling stock from industries, classification yard to the main yard on his layout. He has cards for each peice of rolling stock to keep track where it moves to on the layout. You learn how difficult it can be to switch rolling stock around. I learned quickly that I am not a very good yards man! Better stick to my regular job! Stan's running sessions mimics what happens on real Railroads. Afterwards a few us went out to Lunch together and talked about life for a couple hours!

Looks like a lot of fun, Ken. Stan is a wonderful host and a genuinely nice guy. I spent many hours at Stan's house and layout.
Nice to see these photos, they bring back fond memories. His city has the best use of Super Streets in out hobby and is a very beautiful city presentation.
