A Cautionary Tale. Pursue interactions with Whippany Railway Museum at your own risk. They are out of New Jersey and sell on Ebay. Entered into a purchase of an item from them on Ebay. Made full payment of almost $3000 for item, payment was accepted and confirmed by Ebay. Only to find out later that they did not have the item when they sold it to me. No phone call until I forced them to through contact for hours with Ebay. They had no intentions of making good on their commitment. Still have not received a refund of almost $3000. They expressed no sense of obligation to rectify the situation. According to their communication, they consider their part in fulfilling their obligation to their customers to be of lesser importance than their relationship with their fellow insider club member. I'm my opinion, they possess a very poor business ethic and if you continue to do business with them, take care and watch your wallet. Any questions for elaboration, I will be more than willing to provide. Everything is documented.

Paradetrucks, I hope you get your money back. If you paid with PayPal you should file a grievance and you can do the same if you paid with a credit card.
