okay .. a 'new posts' button would be too hard for the programmer to do .... so there isn't one .... so how do you determine which are old posts and which are new posts ?? just go by the posted date in each forum, or ??

Hi aarddvaark, when you open a board, like the Main O-Gauge Board, each thread that has new posts in it will have a blue tab to the left of the thread name that says NEW. If you click on that tab it will take you to the new posts in that thread. It doesn't function exactly the same as a tab that only lists threads with new posts but it's very easy to use once you get used to it.
There is also a tab in the upper right of the screen under the blue bar that says "Welcome aarddvaark" and "Logout". The tab will have the same blue NEW and Participated in it. Clicking on this tab will show you a screen which has all the threads you have posted in and the blue NEW tab to the left of those with new posts.
The OGF is built on different software than some other forums so it doesn't function in exactly the same way you are used to but it's easy to use.
