Have some orange on layout. What is the story behind this one? It’s very interesting. Emile Decades ago when Serial Movies were popular. Couple of serials were made "Radar men from the Moon" being one of several were this rocket was made for. It was built in Republic Studios, transported by rail which was owned by Republic to their canyon area and hoisted to area. Rails were built underneath the rocket and when needed take-off scene it was pulled by a thin metallic wire. This was approximate 25'x10' sized. I've attached a chapter 1 from this serial, at about 11:16 you can see the ship. I scratched built mine.
