Yeah, Eddie. You are the "Official York Meet Man".
Thank you for staring the countdown clock. It will stay on our most popular board, not some backroom.

Not having a York Meet next week as scheduled is a huge disappointment. I will be missing the pleasant escape from my work schedule and the face-to-face time with my train friends. Hopefully we’ll meet again in October.

As a kid, a daily countdown meant a little treat such as chocolate each day (aka Advent). What little surprise should we each try to post each day as we countdown to the biggest train show of the year?

After spending 70+ hours working per week the last several weeks trying to keep my business afloat...seeing this thread and thinking about York was a welcome diversion.

You will note that this thread is a "sticky". The York Meet is an important occassion to the O-Gauge community and should be so recognized. We will never place a thread like this on some "back page" where it would not get mazimum exposure.
Eddie, good job, you do a tremendous service in keeping us well informed as to all things York Meet.
Just a another good reason for the folks in our O-Gauge community to make the OGF their HOME train forum. Watch us continue to grow.

It is pretty scary for our small business owners. We are struggling too. I just hope we can make some progress soon.

All I can say is ISOLATE!! If we all do our part we can "FLATTEN THE CURVE" quickly and efficiently! Now that we know how this @!&*(%$ thing was created and released the Research Scientists may be able to target it with greater accuracy! Hoping that all of you can and will be able to take advantage of any stimulus money that is or will be made available. Stay the course and BE SAFE!!
Gary.

I usually don't go in April, but hopefully I can get there in October.
