I was saving my money for York … the bottom dropped out of the market... and we had to take a 20 percent pay cut... so that will kill the new train budget until October. Market(stock) will come back, paycut terrible

No train budget the rest of this year and maybe next year. Adam nice engine, hope the negotiation goes well with the boss.

I have had my eye on that Shay (or the version in the Christmas livery). Perfect to tow the logging disconnects.
However, my mind is not even on this stuff anymore. It's too early to know what the financial impact will be of all of this. We will either quickly recover by the end of the year as many are suggestion, or will be entering something far worse. If it's the latter, I won't be buying any train products for quite some time. I have more than enough to keep me happy during an extended downturn.

I really don’t know, either more passenger cars for the UP train or add a 1943.

I believe that post CV-19 purchases will have to be weighed carefully by many people. There may be places other than trains where funds will have to be allocated. I just hope there is light at the end of this long tunnel!!

You are right Gary. I’m probably on hold for a long time as well.

You are right Gary. I’m probably on hold for a long time as well. Same here but dreaming is still therapeutic, I think. I bear in mind however that that won’t do much for the importers and other sellers.
