I would like to share an experience I had today. I bought a Miller Engineering Good Humor sign and the top half of the sign did not work. So I contacted Miller Engineering and asked how to troubleshoot it. If there was no fixing it I was ready to just buy a new one. M.E. replied back on how to test it and if the sign was faulty, return it to them and they would replace it. I was not expecting that. Like I stated above, I was ready to buy a new one. They have me as a customer for good

Great to hear, customer service is not important to every business anymore, even in the train world. I think it is important to stand behind what you sell and not immediately pass off to manufacture as soon as they have your money. I know you were dealing with the manufacture on this. I've dealt mostly 3 train hobby stores, 2 of the 3 have had excellent customer service dealing with issues , the third one not so much, I've decided to stop buying from them and had them remove me from the mailing list.

Good customer service is the key to future sales and confidence in the product produced.

Way to go JOE! Sometimes just a phone call will resolve the issue.

Customer Service, or the modern term, Customer Success, is everything. I've made Services my career. Being in the high tech industry (Computer Networking to be exact), I know that there is no such thing as a bug free product. Instead, it is how you service the customer and help them derive the expected value (in our case the value is enjoyment) from your product that differentiates your company.
Glad to hear that you had a good experience Joe.

I have only 2 Miller signs operating on my layout for the past 5 years and I've never had any trouble with either of them. So for me, their product quality has been top notch. But it's good to know they also have good customer service as well.
Thanks Joe.

yep they are no 1 on my list... to bad I cannot fit anymore signs!
Another shout out goes to Z stuff. Had a semaphore that stopped working... brought it back to him, he confirmed the motor burnt out and he handed me a new one. No questions asked... so I bought another from him.
