Brian & Gary - thank you! I'm working on one more building that will go in that area and it'll be done.

Ok, mid-November we started framing and wiring the basement. Then added drywall and sprayed the ceiling black. Train cabinets are mounted and filled. Seivers benchwork is up (great product) and laying down the first level plywood now. Second level will be O gauge. Bottom level is Tinplate and O gauge as you can see some buildings as I experiment. Lots of track to buy. Overall great progress by mid January when we hosted for the Superbowl in the finished living area next to the train section. Thanks to good friends who helped me a lot. Now if I can just figure out how to post a picture

'Now if I can just figure out how to post a picture"
Welcome, Steve. Posting a photo, pretty simple. Forst, "create a post", then click on "add attachment", then select your photo files, select the photo and that's about it.

Awesome progress steve! BTW as for photos. You can use a photo hosting site or post directly. Just follow Brians instructions to post directly. Remember any photo taken with phone, tablet or iPad held vertically will most often post sideways. If you take the shot with the unit horizontal and camera on the left the shot usually post correct. Looking forward to seeing some pics of the layout.

Steve, to post photos don't use the quick reply box at the bottom of the page. Click the reply button in the upper right corner of the quick reply box and that takes you to the reply box that has the add attachment button as well as a number of other options.

I’ve been spending a fair amount of time working on the village area, updating the lighting and adding a trolley house (where the trolley goes when not in service). Still some fine tuning to do such a hiding wires, etc., but I’m happy with the progress. Here are two short videos on my smugmug site. Sorry for the background noise. I had the other three lines running when I took the videos. Enjoy! arypinski.smugmug.com/Choochoo/i-x84cTxW/Aarypinski.smugmug.com/Choochoo/i-mg4Lkqm/APS Punch Buggy Green!!!

Steve, nice job. Your benchwork looks terrific!!!! I like what you did with the black paint for the ceiling, the paited walls look greta, and the floor, outstanding.

Steve, you've made very good progress. The train room looks great. Sievers benchwork is excellent.
